I have not had a membership here in over a year and canceling was a great decision; although, it was a huge hassle. Clerical staff were difficult in person and more difficult when I had to call back to notify them I was still being charged. I ultimately needed to talk to the owner because the front desk staff were impossible. The therapist were all professional and did a nice job, but seemed overworked. I have been to a few places since and Spa Bilancia offers a far superior experience. They are slightly more expensive, but the service and convince make it well worth the cost.
I truly like the massage therapists here, but they don't make up for the complete and utter mismanagement behind the front desk. I filled out their comprehensive form on my first visit. The next visit, they lost my first form and I had to fill everything out again. OK, mistakes happen. Then, I bought a 6 month membership. The terms were very clear. I called 33 days before the membership was up and documented the person I talked to. I was told the membership was cancelled and there wouldn't be issues. I just checked my credit card statement to see I was charged for 2 more months. When I called in, I was told the person I talked to "no longer worked there" and was told the cancellation needed to be a form filled out in their office. She would be more than cancel today. I was having no part of that and said I needed 2 months of fees refunded. I honestly don't know how they stay in business with the chaos behind the front desk.
I am a member because I live close to their location, and save a lot of money on services because I use them so frequently. Granted, I have never tried to cancel my membership and looking through the reviews here, it seems like that can be a hassle and is the reason behind nearly all of the negative reviews.
No issues with anyone. LMT was very professional, knowledgeable, and did a great job. I do not have a membership however, as I don't consistently get massages. Availability was not an issue either, I called, and they were able to get me in within a half hour of my calling. I will go back again.
I love this place and I go here all the time for facials and massages. The providers are professional and skilled and I always enjoy the services I receive. I've given and gotten massages/facials as gifts before and its very easy to do.
I think this is an excellent place. There therapist I have work with have been great and staff is very friendly.
