I shop at Scheels semi-regularly. I am definitely pleased with the customer service they provide here. I have made purchases from the shoe, archery, firearm, knife, clothing and kid clothing departments and have been more than pleased in each case.
Very helpful in finding what I needed when no one else had it they did and along with that they allowed me to bring my partner my dog into the store and we're more than happy to welcome her

A very nice store with tons of products - lots of Hawkeye gear, hunting, fishing, all kinds of different sports. Good customer service - the prices lean to the high side, that is why I went 4 stars instead of five.
