I was looking for advice on immersion blenders. Thomas helped me and he did an excellent job explaining the different types. He escorted me to the register and personally checked me out. Great young man, very helpful.
I saw an item in there three months ago. I went back to see if they still had it but couldn't find it. I asked the manager about it. He claims he has worked there ten years and they have never carried that item. Basically called me a liar to my face. I won't be back.
