Dr. Gieswein and Dr. Greiner are good doctors, both very professional and helpful. However, dealing with the rude secretary every time I called in was horrible. She was always impolite, never had any patience when asking about an appointment, and was never helpful in any way. Add to that the fact that the nurse I had to deal with was impatient and condescending and it was enough to make me find a different doctor to go to after six months.
