We purchased a Go Kart as a birthday present for November 23. It was not ready for pick up when we arrived 3 days later than initially planned. After 2 hours of riding, it stopped. We checked the transmission oil and there was none. We got the run around every time we called. "Sean" made it very clear that they went above and beyond normal service to have the Go Kart ready. Every time we called to check on the status of the Kart, we were given conflicting information. The last time they said they would call to let us know the status a week before Christmas. They never did call. We called them and had to speak to 3 different people before we were told we could pick up the repaired Go Kart. They said they replaced the transmission. Really sad customer service to make us feel we were the problem.
This store had 6x flanal shirts at 35.00 I really enjoyed walking through and seeing all the cool stuff they had. The only down fall was the cashier's were so slow and there were only two there. We wanted to buy and get back on the road.
Store was clean and well stocked. Staff was helpful. Complimentary popcorn always makes visit more enjoyable.
Had my tires put on different rims. The very first one he did, he tore the side of the tire. He lied and said it was like that. I took my tire to Linder tires to review the damage. They said it was freshly done by the bar he sticks in to take off the tire. They put there bar on top of the tear. It fit perfectly. I contacted the manager Becky. She was not apologetic at all. She said her guy didn't do it. Didn't want to even look at the tire. I told her she was going to get a bad review. She said she did not care. That will tell you how much they care about there costumers. I'm out of a tire that they destroyed.
Store departments were easy to find due to signs layout.
I get squirrel & rabbit food here. Also food and misc. items for cats. The employees are always nice and very willing to help me find items that I am looking for. They don't blow you off. They help no matter what. They have real smiles when they look at me. Not the look of half-assed smiles that say" I have to smile at you, because, it's my job"!
