I’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences with the staff and products I have purchased from this store. I have specifically had wonderful interactions with the trainer Lori. She’s amazing. I don’t know what my dog or I would do without her.
I have a German Shepard puppy that is large for his age. Pet smart charges puppy price until 5 months age for grooming regardless of size and weight unlike Petco and other local places that charges almost double. Staff at this location is friendly and they have same person talking care of my dog every time I bring him there which is great. This is a new store just opened few months ago. I definitely recommend this PetSmart.
Was very excited to have a new store in the area. However the guys never pick up when you call, have not had crickets the last 4 times I have been in, etc... Sucks.
I was excited to come to this store, but when I went in with my Mastiff, no one even offered to help us or ask if we needed anything. We were standing by the main aisle next to the door, and an employee just watched us as if we were doing something wrong when we were looking at collars and other christmas toys. As we left, the woman did not say anything to us, no thank you for coming in or anything. However, most of the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable.
Went for baby crickets and they had many adult but one bag of 12 small...... staff wasn't helpful when asked if they had more , I think they have a great supply of products but live feeders and service could be better
