These people deserve a 10 star rating. I travel a lot and in 25 years of being at the mercy of local repair businesses I have to tip my hat to these people. Friendly, Honest, fast service even when they are slammed with business, professional, knowledgeable, and most of all they truly show they care about each and every customer and there safety. Perfect!!!
Amazed by the excellent customer service. The first place I went told me my tire was unrepairable and that I would have to buy two new tires one to replace the unrepairable one and the second to balance out my car. They did not have any tires in stock so I asked for a second opinion at discount tire. They told me all my options took a look at it and it ended up only fixing my flat and rotating my tires all for free. Everyone was very friendly, nice and willing to work with me. Thank you for being great. Next time discount tire will be my first choice.

I called to get a quote for two tires since one of my tires was is bad shape. They gave me an amazing deal. Then I came into the store and asked if I could only get one since I had recently lost my job and was tight for cash. The manager was amazing and gave me deal to help me out. He said I rather you be safe and help you save money. He treated me as a real person rather than another dollar figure. I never have experienced this level of customer service from a business. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
