Great place to grab some Harley Davidson clothing, accessories and gifts. The staff is very helpful and great service. They were also very professional,friendly and answered all the questions. I would highly recommend going to their dealership for any HARLEY DAVIDSON PRODUCTS.
I stopped here to pick up a t-shirt the Saturday before Christmas while on a roadtrip, because all the Harley shops have their location and name on the back. Who doesn't want a Harley shirt that says "Hawkeye" on the back? It was a spur of the moment decision, ended up getting there 15 minutes before closing time. Not only were all the staff wonderfully helpful, they wrapped the t-shirts we purchased. We spent about 45 minutes in the store and not once felt rushed, even though we showed up so close to closing time. Thanks for a great experience.
Bought a new 2017 Road Glide Special from them. They had the deal done in under 30 minutes. Great group to work with and they don't forget you after the sale! I have been back for my 1K and 5K service and have nothing but good things to say about the workers and management! Highly recommend McGrath Hawkeye for all your Harley needs and wants.
Wow, what great service! The Teamwork at McGrath Hawkeye Harley-Davidson is amazing! In March of 2017 I purchased a new CVO Street Glide, and if you’re familiar with the rollouts of new products there can be some glitches. These problems were by no means caused by the staff at McGrath but they went above and beyond to take care of them and me at the same time. From the general manager Griffin contacting Harley-Davidson after my calls to them went in vain, the service guys Matt, Kevin and Chip who had to deal with my frustrations on the front line and the parts guys Eric, Sean & Tad who helped me piece together one of the baddest machines on the street! One little slip from any of these areas could have made this a bad review, but they all work flawlessly in concert! The Motor Company themselves could take some cues from these guys! One last thanks to Darcy for putting up with my being so picky on waiting for the right color and training me on all the features of my new machine. Thanks again to you all! McGrath Hawkeye Harley Davidson is where I’ll be buying all of my future Harley Davidson’s!
