A while ago they delivered me incredibly burnt food then a week later they offered me a refund. They never gave it to me so when I called the store they said I had to drive all the way out to them if I want my money back. Who sends out inedible food then tells the customer that it's their responsibility to resolve the issue? Terrible customer service and obviously not the most attentive to quality.
Food was decent. Convenient location. My one complaint is the delivery driver. He delivered the pizza, I gave him a tip, he left. About 20 seconds later he knocked on my door to tell me that I am supposed to pay him in cash. I’m positive I payed with my credit card online (I even have a bank statement to prove it). He insisted that I owe him cash. I checked again, and I told him I’m positive I payed with my card. He proceeded to just say “okay goodnight “ and left. Seems super sketchy.

I normally love dominos but this one is poorly ran. The internet says they don't deliver. The night manager says they don't deliver to a specific address but they deliver everywhere else around the address. Poor service. I'll be informing all my friends and family around this community of my rxperience!
