Ordered a pizza last night around midnight over the phone, which my boyfriend was the one that called. The pizza never got here. Apparently the guy that took the order did not type the right phone number. I find this very unprofessional. Very disappointed.
Staff there are pretty friendly and attentive though which can be a rare jewel in the corporate pizza world. The few times I've had issues, they've cleared them right up.

I will say, don't bother ordering extra cheese, I'm sure the employees are just doing as they're trained but it's not terribly different from a regular pizza and you save the extra cost.
This place is super busy... I sometimes question the cleanliness (you can watch the employees work as you wait for your pick up).
