Service was shoddy; got half way through appetizers before realizing my wife and I lacked napkins. Had to go up to the bartender to get them. Service also affected the food quality, I think. Our plates tasted like they'd been sitting somewhere for a while. Whole meal was very dry, which is probably a reflection on the kitchen staff. Worst part was waiting so long between getting nee drinks. Wait staff shouldn't rely on the little monitors at each table to do their job for them. They would have made at least another $30 in booze sales from my wife and I, had our server noticed our glasses were empty. As it stands the bar I'm typing this review from is getting that revenue. Service is probably better at the food court in the mall across the street. Your call.

The food was great, especially the music. The workers are very nice and food comes quick. I would recommend Chili's to everyone.

Went on 23rd December so called to check if they were busy and a guy answered the phone after 25 rings and said they weren't busy. But after getting there, it appeared they were short staffed and I guess I can understand that. Food quantity was 75% of what it should have been for the money they were charging. Ordered Fajitas and it was NOT made after I ordered it. Items like that should only be made after it is ordered. We were group of three and wait time was not bad but if food was already made before it was ordered, I guess it does not surprise me. Will not go to this place again.
