Two excellent experiences at the store, a bit of a pain that AT&T added a pin to activate phones without telling me I needed to set one up. I think the guys name was Brady, but he made a great impression and helped a lot.
I have bought a couple phones for family members at this store and recieved good customer service. Recently Elijah was very helpful.
Literally the most useless store in the world. Anything you come in to ask/do they tell you to go online and do it yourself! I wouldn't be here if it was easily handled online! These are things like BUYING A PHONE, or paying CASH. Stores exist for a reason, not to tell people that you should go online. I hope they go out of business soon so I'm not tempted to go there to ask questions about my account.
The staff is hurry to drop off the work and the efficiency is very low. Most important, I want a prepaid plan. He did not let me know and gave me a post plan. I have told him I need the prepaid plan. It seems he wanted me to use a expensive plan. It's unbelievable and bad service.
These guys were great. They knew how to combine my ancient Cingular account with my wife's AT&T account while keeping our numbers. That's harder than it sounds.
