I want to express extreme gratitude to 2 VERY PROFESSIONAL representatives of your store, Andrew Wood and Kwame Appah. After spending 13 hrs ! (not exaggerated) on the phone with Sprint over the last 10 days, I lost all hope... and came to the Corallville store as my last resort. Kwame did everything he could to help me resolve my situation. He called the head office and tried to resolve the issue. After being on the phone for 40 min, the sprint representatives hung up on us and never called back. Kwame was incredibly empathetic to my situation and asked Andrew to interfere as Andrew had a special access codes as a manager. Andrew decided to take the matter in his hands and was on the phone FOR me to help me avoid any further problems and stress. He solved my situation with grace and respect. I am so blessed to have met these 2 young gentlemen who literally saved me hours of stress, frustration and wasted time. THANK YOU
I initially went through Target Tech to switch my carrier over to Sprint. There was a small issue with porting over my number. I went to this store and Jeremy (the store manager) made me very uncomfortable with the ways he was trying to sell to me (upgrades, adding a tablet to my plan etc.) He spoke very poorly of his competitors (Target Tech) When I left the store I was able to make phone calls but I couldn't load anything on the internet or on apps. JEREMY FOROGOT TO PUT MY SIM CARD BACK IN MY PHONE CAUSING EVEN MORE OF AN ISSUE. UNIMPRESSED.

An important thing to know is this is not a Sprint Corporate location. I had a terrible experience with an employee here trying to hard sell me on 5 lines of service. Honestly, I don't do reviews that often, unless a n experience was truly abominable. The salesperson was the most inept and cold person I have ever spoken to ( I think his name was K'doni), he kept insisting that I get five lines of service even though I only wanted one. When I asked him if he tried to force everyone to get 5 lines he said "my boss says that we have to get everyone to do it". What they don't tell you is it is only 5 lines for 90$ or so for just a year and then they jack up the price. I left feeling bad I didn't take advantage of the deal, but upon some research figured out I was being lied to about the price hike. I have been a Sprint customer since 1997, and sadly, I am now switching my family and I over to Verizon, at a greater cost, to avoid this kind of disingenuous garbage that I have experienced before at Sprint third-party stores. Seriously they should fire whoever is in charge of this and install workers who understand what integrity actually is. DESPICABLE, SCAM ARTISTS!
