Went in thinking I knew what I wanted. Salesperson very respectfully asked some questions and confirmed that I had made a good choice. Told me some details that I did not know. Very clearly was not trying to sell me up, making sure what I purchased would do what I needed. Some suggestions would have cost less money but in the end they would not work for our use. Great experience. Third time in a row over a year and half. Different people same attitude there to help the customer not make a sale. Best way to make a sell.
If you tell them you're just looking they'll leave you alone. Double check prices elsewhere as they usually at best have average price on only major items. Their accessories are s complete rip off. Geek squad is usually a miss, and know a few elderly people they've completely ripped off. Like charging hundreds to fix a PC when they could have just bought a better new one for much less.
They have a very short return policy also. Only nice thing is you can order online and pick it up in store on the rare occasion they have a good price and you can't wait a few days for shipping.
I have shopped at this location multiple times. The staff is consistently helpful and cordial. When purchasing a laptop, the associate was quick, laid back, and eager to go above and beyond to find a price match, register for financing, and recommend and test the best system and credit plan for me. The product was several hundred dollars cheaper online and it was promptly shipped to me.
When purchasing a sound bar for our home television on another occasion, the associate helped us find the best fit for our small bedroom setup, instead of trying to push the most expensive product on us.
