From the 1st time I walked into Greenberg's almost 10 years ago Amy has been nothing short of amazing! Her, along with everyone else that I've dealt with over the years, have been great at listening to what I was needing and offering their own advice and input and helping me to pick out THE BEST piece of jewelry. Every time since my soon to be wife and I first walked into the store Amy has remembered us, and even by name! That level of attention and detail just goes to show how important the customer is to them and treating them like family is their #1 priority. I would recommend Greenberg's to anyone looking for any type of jewelry. They are hands down the absolute best in the business! I'll never go anywhere else!!!
The staff and management at Greenberg’s are professional, kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in making sure you walk out with something that is right for you and in your budget. They are not pushy or judgmental and, combined with the great assortment of jewelry and precious stones they have available, this will be the place I go for all of my jewelry needs.
I went in not looking to buy an engagement ring, just to price out what options may be available. Upon talking to one of the very pleasant sales staff, I was told about just how many options I had. This made me somewhat nervous, as so many options can be overwhelming - especially looking for a pricey engagement ring. However, my nerves were eased by the staff and the manager of the store, who took time to ask me questions, explain their answers, and walk me through the process. By the time I left I had been approved to purchase a beautiful ring that didn’t break the bank. I must have asked ten questions a minute, and each one was answer with patience and an in-depth knowledge that took the stress out of the whole experience.
Fantastic customer service. Amy listened to what we wanted and tried her best to get what we wanted. She listened to our feedback and kept trying new ideas/combinations until we found the perfect rings. Had a credit freeze so we had to leave and take care of it and she let us set everything up and text her when she was good to run our credit. Would definitely recommend coming here for your jewelry needs.
I have a very busy schedule also I live in a small town it is nearly impossible for me to go out of town. I started shopping on line for Christmas gifts keep in mind I don’t know much about jewelry. I contacted Laura explaining to her my price range and what I was looking for. She took her time listening and found exactly what I was looking for. Thank you again for the perfect Christmas gifts.
I shopped in every store in the mall. I then went back to Greensburg. Tasha and Amy were the friendliest and most helpful. The selection was also much better. I had some ideas and they helped me to stay within budget with the largest diamond and most beautiful ring. They also were most helpful with the best financing. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else.
