Our first time. It took us a bit to order, but our son the pro helped us figure it out. My husband and I don’t eat grains, so a lettucewich was perfect. It was also delicious! It took quite awhile to make 3 sandwiches but it was worth it.
Despite the staff’s best efforts, I unfortunately have to give a negative review. The staff were friendly and worked very hard to accommodate, but service was unacceptably slow. I came in on a Saturday at around 7:15pm and ordered three sandwiches, didn’t get them until 8pm. It’s pretty clear the ownership/management either doesn’t understand how to staff property for a relatively slow weekend hour, or they don’t care enough about staffing in order to provide adequate service to their patrons. Regardless of the reasoning, I’ll never come back to this location unless management makes some changes to how they operate their business.
Best Customization, best ingredient variety, the quality is superb. And I've yet to order a sandwich I Didint want a second of. If they delivered, Jimmy John's would equate to a hobo.
Best sub sandwich I've ever tasted. Price is a bit high. Where I was there the soda machine was serving up flat soda and they had a posted note saying we are working on it. So I paid for a flat soda. But the food was so good, I'm still going back.
Always a good experience when I go here. I don't pass up a chance to go here when I'm in town. May be sandwiches, but they're good ones!
